The return process was okay overall and I did get help, but the warranty part was slow. Something about it just felt like it took longer than it needed to.

I ended up paying more than I thought I would, the quality just didn’t match the price for me. I really expected it to feel better or be better made, but it just didn’t.

For what I paid, I feel like I could’ve found almost the same thing somewhere else for less. It wasn’t terrible, not terrible, but definitely not worth the extra money in my opinion

Ordering from zwilling.com was frustrating. The website kept freezing on me, and my cart changed twice, which was annoying. Then after I paid, I barely heard anything about the order, and the shipping took longer than what they originally showed. I reached out to customer service too, but the reply didn’t really help. Yeah, I don’t think I’d order from there again.

I bought a ZWILLING knife set a while back i’m relieved they’ve held up so well. I cook most days, so they’ve definitely been put to work, but the blades still feel sharp and the handles haven’t loosened or gotten weird after a ton of washing. They feel sturdy in your hand, not cheap at all. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first, but I’m really happy with the quality and would definitely buy them again.

So, yeah, it shipped really fast and, showed up earlier than I was expecting. No hassle or anything, just a smooth experience overall.

I ordered a Zwilling knife from zwilling.com and, wow, I didn’t realize how dull my old knives were until I started using this one. It just glides through tomatoes, onions, meat, basically whatever I’ve used it on so far, with barely any pressure. The edge was seriously sharp right out of the box, like I had one of those little “okay, respect the knife” moments, lol. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and it’s still cutting really clean and smooth. I’m genuinely really happy with it.

I picked up a zwilling cookware set a few months ago, and I’ve been really happy with it overall. The pans heat evenly, feel sturdy, and definitely don’t have that cheap, flimsy feel. I actually feel more confident cooking with them because they make it easier to get consistent results. They are a little on the heavy side for me, especially when they’re full, but that also makes them feel durable. Cleanup has been simple as long as I don’t let food sit too long.
